If you choose to upload a file to the Print & Post website (regardless of whether you place an order), this file will be stored within our web hosting servers – this is a technical requirement for the operation of the Print & Post website. Any uploaded file will be removed from our web hosts servers and our computer systems within 30 days of upload (or within 30 days of the order being completed), although some files may remain within backups of the Print & Post website for the duration of the retention of the backup. For the purposes of providing postage, we may need to share document recipient’s address with postal suppliers such as Royal Mail.
If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write or email us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

How long we retain your data
